surge of unglad tidings

hoho!

am back here after a week out of action, thanks very much to the flurry of TYS-and-other-schools'-prelims embalming that everyone in HC seems to be engrossed in (so I thought i'd better join in, haha)

NANA's spectacularly fiery results as follows: B for GP (oh, what the ****, now you know what too much hokkien swearing does to GP. or any other language swaering for that matter :P), E for Math, E for Econs (49.9! can you believe it???), O for Chem and O for Bio.

I almost heard my heart shatter when i realised my Bio was a odious, obese O. guess i ought to have smashed my head into a watermelon for not studying it hard enough. thought i was too good for the paper, in other words. well the grades are proving me to be much less erudite than i assumed myself to be :P

have tossed myself entirely into the mind-whirling crevasse of TYS pia-ing. sometimes i'd glance up from the 20th chem or bio or math question (funny why i always shirk from doing econs), absorb the vast expanse of cream wall ahead of the glass wall of the library, and kick myself for coming to a JC when i'd perhaps be sailing to an effortless valedictorian place in any diploma course of my choice rather than this stinking, futile mess i'm stuck in. then my tired swimming eyes'd drop back to the page where the nastier 21st question awaits.

i'm starting to feel inclined that JC life is a voluntary massacre of neurones.
